This was my first in a series of "Inside Out" quilts, a construction technique that i came up with and have taught many times. This one combines strip piecing, recognizable pieces of a hand-dyed shirt (such as the front placket and buttons), cork and paper clips. When it was finished, the quilt looked like a garment, so I decorated a hanger and hung it up!
